STEP 2

For a one-way ride, fill-in the pick-up and the drop-off location and choose any options you need. After that, please select a car type, then complete your user information and the passenger(s) and if you want to pay online with Stripe or later directly to your driver.

When booking a ride during a congress, select the congress of your choice during the appropriate dates and fill in the information.

For an hourly service, just choose a pick-up location and how many hours you need your private driver to be available.

STEP 3

After completing your reservation you will receive 3 emails:

• 1. Just after finishing your reservation you will receive an email with a summary of your booking. In this email you will find your user ID and your password to connect to your customer area.

• 2. Within 2 hours maximum, and 12 hours if you book during night time in France you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.

• 3. You will receive, 3 hours minimum before the pick-up time, an email with the driver’s contact details.

NLS France does not currently have equipment to transport people with reduced mobility
